Joel Canino
Joel Canino moved to Charlotte in 2006 from Syracuse, New York. Prior to his work with Mighty Men, Joel was a Financial Consultant and Commercial Real Estate Associate here in Charlotte. Joel is in charge of Mighty Men’s back office activities, as well as supporting his other partners as needed. In addition to working, he enjoys playing soccer, running and spending time with his family.
Joel earned his B.A. in International Business from Palm Beach Atlantic University in Palm Beach, Florida.

Bradley Vinciguerra
Brad Vinciguerra moved to Charlotte in 2008 from St. Augustine, Florida. Prior to his work with Mighty Men, Brad managed a Printing Company and Fulfilment Warehouse in Syracuse, New York. Brad is head of Mighty Men’s quality control on all jobsites. He ensures that things are done right and on time. Brad enjoys playing soccer, softball and spending time with his family.
He earned a B.A. in Business Administration at Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida.
